Just because you are purchasing the same size cooktop, does not mean the opening requirements will be the same. Rangetop Replacing Existing Cooktop

Going from a cooktop to a rangetop is possible! This retrofit involves cutting counters and modifying existing cabinets, as well as building a new shelf. We offer a dust-free counter cutting service that localizes the dust created from cutting counters, and carry a full assortment of modification tools/raw materials to modify your cabinets to accept the new rangetop. After the rangetop is installed, we work with a cabinet and paint shop to create any necessary trim pieces to fully complete the install, as well as do any modifications that are necessary to your cabinets below (i.e. new doors, cutting down/shortening drawers, etc.) Please note, if your rangetop has a visibile countertop edge, we recommend getting your counter cut by a stone professional. Our counter cuts are freehand and are more suited for edges that wont be visible after install.

New Hood Installation

We install all hoods! Wall hoods, chimney hoods, island hoods, hood liners, cabinet hoods - we do them all! Lining up the existing duct work can be a challenge! If your new hood will simply not work with your existing duct work, we can make a new exhaust vent and seal up the old one. A Pre-Install Visit can prevent a lot of potential problems. Downdraft Installation

Downdrafts can be some of the most complicated appliances to install. Luckily, we specialize in downdrafts and install them regularly. Whether you are replacing an existing downdraft, or retrofitting a new unit in a space where one was not previously installed, we can help! This retrofit requires counter cuts and cabinet modifications. We offer a dust-free counter cutting service that localizes the dust created from cutting counters, and carry a full assortment of modification tools/raw materials to modify your cabinets to accept the new downdraft.

Downdraft Range Repalcement

One of the most common jobs we do is install the new model Jenn-Air downdraft range. This install almost always includes moving the duct work in the floor. We carry a full assortment of modification tools and are able to make sure your new range is installed and functions properly.

Over-The-Range Microwave Replacement

Not all OTR Microwaves are made the same, and sometimes modifications are necessary. We will install your new OTR correctly, filling in any backspace above your backsplash for a flush fit. We also use a self sealing tape to make sure your venting is sealed and working properly, instead of expelling a portion of the gases back into room.

Stainless Steel Trim Kits

Sometimes your existing opening is not too small - its too big! This gap is ugly, and its a great place for food and other junk to fall to its permanent residence in your kitchen. We offer a custom trim kit service that closes up these gaps. These are custom and are made to order! We have made custom trim kits for ranges and rangetops, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers - you name it - we can do it!

Matching Existing Cabinets

We can get anything matched, period! We work with local cabinet and paint shops to create anything you can possibly imagine! Do you need a cabinet door cut down and 1/8th of an inch and refinished? We can do that! Does that cabinet door need to be completely remade to be 2 inches shorter, while retaining the same style and propotions? We can do that, too! Built-in Fridge Replacement

We specialize in built-in appliances, and built in fridges are fun! Its not necessarily the easiest part of our day, but often the most satisfying. The look on a customers face when we move a 500 lb 48 inch SubZero built in smoothly and with ease is priceless. We have the tools necessary to make the job look easy! Floor protection is always used when removing the appliance from its opening, Our dolly is designed for moving these large appliances over expensive floors, and has soft, bouncy air wheels that are regularly cleaned and inspected for gravel and debris. We have others tools such as the air lifter system, which uses hovercraft technology to effortlessly glide your appliance across hardwood floors. Our installers will asses your situation and address any of your concerns prior to doing any work. (Please note that while we are happy to wear booties/take our shoes off during walkthrough and general work, we must keep our shoes on while we are moving an appliance - both for our safety, and the safety of your appliance).

Ovens and Microwaves

We offer a wide range of modification services for new ovens and microwaves. We can remove and build shelves, cut cabinet openings, and otherwise modify for the install.
